Online Back Office

See every connected till from one account

Use the same billing email across your tills to see live sales, clerk names, online status and consolidated all-till attendance. Pull configuration from a till, edit it centrally and send compatible settings and layouts to chosen machines.

Running tills normally check in about every 30 seconds. Back Office keeps its reporting copy separate from local till records, shows online or offline state and exports every report as an Excel-compatible CSV file.

Add an Order Online link to any website

Back Office creates a Megal-hosted menu and checkout page. Choose collection, delivery or both; set the weekly hours, delivery fee and VAT; mark the PLUs that may appear online; and select the till or tills that may receive each order.

Checkout is accepted only during the saved hours and while at least one selected, compatible till has a current heartbeat and an open daily-reconciliation session. An older till that does not report online-order support is simply excluded and continues its normal till operation.

Menu, checkout and handoff Collection, delivery and one assigned till

Customers enter their contact details and address, choose cash on collection or delivery, or use provider-hosted SumUp when it is enabled. Orders arrive once with an external order number; the preferred eligible till is tried first and selected tills provide automatic failover.

The page displays Powered by Megal EPOS and offers separate optional email-marketing choices for the outlet and Megal EPOS. Each outlet sees only its own customer memberships and order history.
